5 easy steps to your dream bathroom
1 First free consultation
You will meet Bernd Buchmann (Bernie), the bathroom specialist.
He will listen to your wishes and discuss design options. He will inspect your existing bathroom, take measurements, check existing plumbing, facilities and construction, and answer all your questions. Because our customers are the most important part of our business, this consultation is free!
2 Detailed planning and fixed price
We will draw plans of your bathroom, create some design options, think of clever solutions (especially if the space is small), and will consider your individual ideas and needs. Then Bernie will meet with you again to discuss design options and technical details and to show you products and tile samples.
Based on your choices and decisions, Bernie will prepare a detailed quote with a fixed end price, so that you will know exactly what is included and how much your new bathroom will cost you. It is our aim to create the right balance between price and top quality to add considerable value to your home.
3 One contractor only
As you only deal with one project manager and one company, you will always be able to communicate with the right person. Based on the plans and the final quotation, a written contract ensures that both partners know all the details and agreements. Signing the contract and paying the first progress claim will secure your time frame, as we work on one bathroom project at a time.
4 Construction from start to finish in one-go.
You will receive an exact timescale showing when we start your bathroom and when it will be finished. We coordinate all materials, deliveries, waste bins and even take a photo documentation throughout construction, so that later you will know where pipes are located. Proper preparation and waterproofing plus guaranteed workmanship according to the New Zealand Building Code and regulations will give you peace of mind. If needed, we will provide specialist subcontractors, help with permits and organize inspections.
We will avoid as much noise, mess and inconvenience as possible. During the construction we will ask for a second progress claim depending on the work progress.
5 Super clean-up and written guarantees
First impressions count and we want to be sure that your first impression of your new bathroom is a very good one. We clean it for you, so you can just relax and enjoy it.
With the final invoice, you’ll receive our written 5-year guarantee on all construction work and the individual manufacturer warranties for all bathroom products included in your contract.
And finally it is very important to us to know if you are completely satisfied with our service and your new bathroom. After a period, we will make a follow-up call to check that you are still enjoying your new designer bathroom.
